The Lele of Guinea

The Lele of Guinea, numbering approximately 48,500 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are an indigenous Mande people of southeastern Guinea, concentrated in Kissidougou and Guéckédou prefectures, whose distinct Lele language belongs to the Mokole branch of Western Mande. They mostly adhere to Animism and Lele (Guinea) is their primary language.
