The Kuranko of Guinea, numbering approximately 140,000 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are an indigenous community of Guinea and can also be known as Kouranko, Koranko. They are an Indigenous people, in the Malinke people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Ethnoreligion - Animism. They primarily speak Kuranko.
