They are a small ethnic group living today in the heavy forests of the lower Offoue River and the upper Ikoyi River in N'Gounie Province of Gabon and can also be known as Gehimba, Ghehimba, Himbaka, Nsindak, Himba, Ghehimbaka. They are an Indigenous people, in the Bantu, Northwest people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Ethnoreligion. They primarily speak French.
