The Banda-Banda of Central African Republic

The Banda-Banda of Central African Republic, numbering approximately 196,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are a stateless Adamawa-Ubangi-speaking people whose ancestors fled slave raiders from the north and east to settle in the Central African Republic during the nineteenth century, traditionally selecting war chiefs only in times of crisis.
