The Balanta of Cabo Verde, numbering approximately 58,000 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are an ethnolinguistic community of Cabo Verde; a dialect subgroup of Balanta (ble) and can also be known as Fora, Alante. They are an Diaspora people, in the Atlantic people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Christianity - Roman Catholicism. They primarily speak Balanta.
