They are an indigenous community of Cameroon; a dialect subgroup of Jukun Takum (jbu) and can also be known as Diyi, Njikum. They are an Indigenous people, in the Benue people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Ethnoreligion. They primarily speak Jukun Takum.
