The Ngai of Vietnam, numbering approximately 5,400 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a people of Vietnam, Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Ha Bac, Cao Bang, Lang Son, Bac Thai provinces, and Ho Chi Minh City (JPL). They are an Indigenous people, in the Chinese people cluster of the East Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Ethnoreligion - Chinese Folk Religion. They primarily speak Chinese, Yue.
