The Bouyei of Vietnam

The Bouyei of Vietnam, numbering approximately 2,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are a small Tai-Kadai-speaking community tracing roots to South China's ancient Bai Yue and Yelang kingdom peoples, settled in Vietnam's Muong Khuong and Quan Ba districts as the Tu Di subgroup among the country's recognized minorities. They mostly adhere to Chinese Folk Religion and Bouyei is their primary language.
