They are a Mon-Khmer ethnic group indigenous to northwest Laos They are an Diaspora people, in the Mon-Khmer people cluster of the Southeast Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Ethnoreligion - Animism. They primarily speak Rmeet.
