The Qanu of China

The Qanu of China, numbering approximately 14,500 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a subgroup of Miao located in villages south of the city of Kaili, in China'a Guizhou Province (Hattaway 2000). They are an Indigenous people, in the Miao / Hmong people cluster of the Southeast Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Ethnoreligion - Animism. They primarily speak Miao, Northern Qiandong.
