The Southeastern Awu of China, numbering approximately 41,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are an ethnolinguistic community of China and can also be known as Lawu. They are an Indigenous people, in the Other Tibeto-Burmese people cluster of the Tibetan / Himalayan Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Ethnoreligion - Chinese Folk Religion. They primarily speak Awu.
