El Salvador (SLV)

El Salvador, the smallest country in Central America, is known for its volcanoes, pupusas, and a strong sense of community. Salvadorans are resilient, family-oriented, and passionate about soccer and music. Christianity, especially Roman Catholicism and Evangelicalism, is central, but spiritual life is also seen in colorful processions, the honoring of patron saints, and the blending of indigenous and Christian traditions.
