The Moghia of India

The Moghia of India, numbering approximately 38,500 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a Scheduled Caste of Guna, Shivpuri, and Datia districts in Madhya Pradesh, also called Sikari Moghia, traditionally hunters who migrated from Rajasthan. Making brooms, baskets, and mats from date-palm leaves are their primary occupations. They are an Indigenous people in the Hindi people cluster of the South Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary language is Hindi and their primary religion is Hinduism.
