The Gullah of United States, numbering approximately 296,000 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a subgroup of the African American ethnic group who predominantly inhabit the remote barrier islands of South Carolina and Georgia . They are an Indigenous people, in the Afro-American, Anglophone people cluster of the North American Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Christianity - Protestantism. They primarily speak Sea Island English Creole.
