The Lugbara (Aringa) of Uganda, numbering approximately 1,555,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are an ethnic group living in southern Sudan, northwestern Uganda, and northeastern Democratic Republic of the Congo and can also be known as Low Lugbara. They are an Indigenous people, in the Sudanic people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Islam - Sunni. They primarily speak Aringa.
