The Node of India

The Node of India, numbering approximately 3,800 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a Muslim community of Kutch district in Gujarat claiming Nordic affinity, tracing migration through Sindh and the Thar Desert roughly 1,500 years ago. Cattle-breeding remains their main occupation, supplemented by petty business. They are an Indigenous people in the Sindhi people cluster of the South Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary language is Kacchi and their primary religion is Sunni Islam.
