The Cujareno of Peru

The Cujareno of Peru, numbering approximately 250 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are an indigenous Amazonian people of southeastern Peru who speak Mashco Piro. Living in remote rainforest communities, they preserve a distinct cultural identity rooted in forest knowledge, mobility, kinship networks, and traditional beliefs.
