The Mbya of Paraguay, numbering approximately 16,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are an indigenous community of Paraguay and can also be known as Nhande Va'e (Autonym), Brazilian Guaraní, Nhande Va'e (SELF), Mbua, Mbyá, Mbiá, Bugre, Guaraní, Brazilian Guaraní, Mbua), Mbyá (Mbyá, Guarani Mbya. They are an Indigenous people, in the Guarani people cluster of the Latin-Caribbean Americans affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Ethnoreligion. They primarily speak Guaraní, Mbyá.
