The Bhalla of India, numbering approximately 3,800 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a localized Hindu community of West Bengal who claim to have settled in their present habitat during Raja Ramjiban's time or in the time of the Bargi (Maratha) invasion. They are also known as Bhalla. They are an Indigenous people in the Bihari people cluster of the South Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary language is Bengali and their primary religion is Hinduism.
