The Chikwa of India, numbering approximately 90,500 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are described as a Muslim butchering caste of Bihar, also known as Chikwa, traditionally dealing in the slaughter of goats and sheep as distinct from the cattle-dealing Qassab, and now also engaged in agriculture and wage labor They are an Indigenous people, with Chik / Chikwa as their ethnic/kinship group and are in the South Asian Tribal people cluster of the South Asian Peoples. Their primary religion is Sunni Islam. They primarily speak Urdu.
