The Cingatanmar of India

The Cingatanmar of India, numbering approximately 1,200 people, are Unengaged and Unreached.
They are described as a Kerala community of Kannur district whose name derives from a ritual devil dance performed during the month of Chingam, traditionally engaged in bee-keeping, basket-making, and hunting and gathering.
They are an Indigenous people in the Malayali people cluster of the South Asian Peoples affinity bloc.
Malayalam is their primary language and Hinduism is their primary religion.
