The Baha'i of India

The Baha'i of India, numbering approximately 1,600 people, are Unengaged and Unreached.
They are described as an ethnoreligious community of India, followers of the Bahá’í Faith, a global, independent monotheistic religion, not a caste, tribe, or ethnic people group.
They are an Indigenous people in the Other South Asian people cluster of the South Asian Peoples affinity bloc.
English is their primary language and Baha'i is their primary religion.

The Baha'i are Unengaged and Unreached, which means there are less than 2% evangelical Christian populations among which there are no known efforts focused on establishing self-sustaining churches consistent with evangelical faith and practice.

Unreached yet Engaged

The Baha'i are Engaged yet Unreached, which means there are less than 2% evangelical Christian populations but there are sustained efforts at establishing self-sustaining churches consistent with evangelical faith and practice.

No longer Unreached

The Baha'i are No Longer Unreached, which means there are more than 2% evangelical Christian populations and there are churches consistent with evangelical faith and practice. There is still more to be done among them.
