The Kaibaratta of India

The Kaibaratta of India, numbering approximately 342,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached.
They are described as a fishing and agricultural community of Bihar, Assam, and eastern India whose name derives from ka, meaning water, and vartta, meaning livelihood. In Assam they follow Vaishnavite Mahapurushia Dharma.
They are an Indigenous people in the Mallah people cluster of the South Asian Peoples affinity bloc.
Angika is their primary language and Hinduism is their primary religion.
