The Kaikali of India

The Kaikali of India, numbering approximately 32,500 people, are Unengaged and Unreached.
They are described as a Telugu-speaking weaving community of coastal and Rayalaseema districts in Andhra Pradesh. The Kaikali are a subdivision of the Bogam who once dedicated daughters to temple service. They follow Vishnu worship and work chiefly as weavers.
They are an Indigenous people in the Telugu people cluster of the South Asian Peoples affinity bloc.
Telugu is their primary language and Hinduism is their primary religion.
