The Kudiya of India, numbering approximately 4,800 people, are Unengaged and Unreached.
They are described as an ethnolinguistic community of India and can also be known as Vizhavan, Malaikudi, Kudiyan, Melakudi, Melakundi, Maleru.
They are an Indigenous people, with Kudiya as their ethnic/kinship group and are in the South Asian Tribal people cluster of the South Asian Peoples.
Their primary religion is Hinduism - Folk.
They primarily speak Kudiya.
