The East Masela of Indonesia, numbering approximately 950 people, are No Longer Unreached.
They are described as a small indigenous community residing on Masela Island, part of the Babar Islands in Maluku Province, Indonesia. They are also known as Masela Timur.
They are an Indigenous people in the Maluku-Southern people cluster of the Malay Peoples affinity bloc.
Malay, Ambonese is their primary language and Protestantism is their primary religion.
