The Eastern Xiangxi Miao of China, numbering approximately 136,000 people, are Unengaged and Unreached.
They are described as an ethnolinguistic community of China, west Hunan province: Luxi, Guzhang, Jishou and Longshan counties, some in Hubei and can also be known as Ghao-Xong Miao.
They are an Indigenous people, with XIangxi Miao as their ethnic/kinship group and are in the Miao / Hmong people cluster of the Southeast Asian Peoples.
Their primary religion is Ethnoreligion - Chinese Folk Religion.
They primarily speak Miao, Eastern Xiangxi.
