The Aluo of China

The Aluo of China, numbering approximately 41,500 people, are Engaged yet Unreached.
They are described as a small ethno‑linguistic people group in southwest China, officially classified as part of the Yi (彝族) nationality, but with a strong and distinct internal identity, language, and religious tradition and can also be known as 阿鲁, 阿罗族.
They are an Indigenous people, with Aluo as their ethnic/kinship group and are in the Other Tibeto-Burmese people cluster of the Tibetan Peoples.
Their primary religion is Chinese Folk Religion.
They primarily speak Axi.
