The Noorbasha of India

The Noorbasha of India, numbering approximately 782,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached.
They are described as a Muslim community of Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka also called Dudekula, their name honoring an early follower of the Prophet Muhammad who cleaned cotton. Dry-land cultivation and petty trade have largely replaced cotton-cleaning.
They are an Indigenous people in the Telugu people cluster of the South Asian Peoples affinity bloc.
Telugu is their primary language and Sunni Islam is their primary religion.
