The Runjalavallu of India

The Runjalavallu of India, numbering approximately 250 people, are Unengaged and Unreached.
They are described as a small community of Srikakulam district, Andhra Pradesh, traditionally mendicant musicians and myth-narrators for the VishwaBrahmin caste cluster. Agricultural labor and tailoring have largely replaced this ceremonial role.
They are an Indigenous people in the Telugu people cluster of the South Asian Peoples affinity bloc.
Telugu is their primary language and Hinduism is their primary religion.
