The Matangi of India

The Matangi of India, numbering approximately 1,600 people, are Engaged yet Unreached.
They are described as a historically marginalized Dalit community in India, officially recognized today as a Scheduled Caste (SC).
They are an Indigenous people in the Telugu people cluster of the South Asian Peoples affinity bloc.
Telugu is their primary language and Hinduism is their primary religion.
