The Kati Nuristani of Pakistan, numbering approximately 9,000 people, are Unengaged and Unreached.
They are described as one of the main tribes of Nuristani people in Pakistan. They are also known as Bashgali, Kati, Kata viri, Kativiri, Kâtʹa-vari.
They are an Indigenous people in the Nuristani people cluster of the Persian-Median Peoples affinity bloc.
Kateviri is their primary language and Sunni Islam is their primary religion.
