The Pegagan of Indonesia, numbering approximately 266,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached.
They are described as an indigenous community of Indonesia; a dialect subgroup of Musi (mui).
They are an Indigenous people in the Ogan of Sumatra people cluster of the Malay Peoples affinity bloc.
Musi is their primary language and Sunni Islam is their primary religion.
