The Konkabay of Guinea, numbering approximately 72,500 people, are Unengaged and Unreached.
They are described as an ethnolinguistic community of Guinea whose name means 'non-Fulbe population of a land governed by Fulbe'.
They are an Indigenous people in the Malinke people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples affinity bloc.
Kakabe is their primary language and Folk Islam is their primary religion.
