The Maidu of United States, numbering approximately 300 people, are No Longer Unreached.
They are described as a Native American people of Northern California, whose traditional homelands lie along the western slopes of the Sierra Nevada and in the Sacramento Valley.
They are an Indigenous people in the North American Indigenous people cluster of the North American Peoples affinity bloc.
English is their primary language and Animism is their primary religion.
