The Sudugadu Siddha of India

The Sudugadu Siddha of India, numbering approximately 31,500 people, are No Longer Unreached.
They are described as a community of Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka, their name meaning cremation-ground authority, claiming descent from Raja Harishchandra, its legendary watchman. Agricultural labor and mendicancy remain common occupations.
They are an Indigenous people in the Telugu people cluster of the South Asian Peoples affinity bloc.
Telugu is their primary language and Ethnoreligion is their primary religion.
