The Jogi of India

The Jogi of India, numbering approximately 2,705,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached.
They are described as a diverse South Asian community whose name originally meant religious yogis, but today usually refers to hereditary caste groups historically tied to folk religious service and mendicant roles, with social status and identity varying by region.
They are an Indigenous people in the Jogi people cluster of the South Asian Peoples affinity bloc.
Bengali is their primary language and Hinduism is their primary religion.
