The Gudiya of India

The Gudiya of India, numbering approximately 72,500 people, are Engaged yet Unreached.
They are described as an occupational caste of sweetmeat-makers and traders whose name derives from the Oriya word for jaggery. The Gudiya are Vaishnavite Hindus.
They are an Indigenous people in the Odia people cluster of the South Asian Peoples affinity bloc.
Odia is their primary language and Hinduism is their primary religion.
