The Ashanti of Togo

The Ashanti of Togo, numbering approximately 95,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached.
They are described as an ethnolinguistic subgroup of the Akan, one of the largest ethnic groups in West Africa, indigenous to the present-day countries of Ghana and Côte d’Ivoire.
They are an Diaspora people in the Guinean people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples affinity bloc.
Akan is their primary language and African Traditional Religion is their primary religion.
