The Kereyu of Ethiopia

The Kereyu of Ethiopia, numbering approximately 13,000 people, are Unengaged and Unreached.
They are described as one of six major dialect groups of the Borana-Arsi-Guji Oromo (Ethnologue 16) .
They are an Indigenous people, with Kereyu as their ethnic/kinship group and are in the Oromo people cluster of the Horn of Africa.
Their primary religion is Islam - Sunni.
They primarily speak Oromo, Borana-Arsi-Guji.

Praise God for the things such as bread that He has provided as natural conversation bridges to the gospel. Pray that believers will use any bridges He provides to share the gospel with those who do not yet know the good news.
