The Bideyat of Chad

The Bideyat of Chad, numbering approximately 12,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached.
They are described as one of two sub-groups of the Beri (Kige), a large ethnic group who live on the border of Chad and Sudan and can also be known as Beri.
They are an Indigenous people, with Beri (Bideyat, Zaghawa) as their ethnic/kinship group and are in the Kanuri-Saharan people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African.
Their primary religion is Islam - Sunni.
They primarily speak Zaghawa.

Pray that God will raise up Christians who are driven by a desire to see God's name worshiped, His kingdom come, and His will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Ask Him to send them to the lost in this people group and sustain them.
