The Bideyat of Chad

The Bideyat of Chad, numbering approximately 12,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached.
They are described as one of two sub-groups of the Beri (Kige), a large ethnic group who live on the border of Chad and Sudan and can also be known as Beri.
They are an Indigenous people, with Beri (Bideyat, Zaghawa) as their ethnic/kinship group and are in the Kanuri-Saharan people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples.
Their primary religion is Islam - Sunni.
They primarily speak Zaghawa.
