The Darmiya of Nepal

The Darmiya of Nepal, numbering approximately 1,600 people, are Unengaged and Unreached.
They are described as a Sino-Tibetan tribal group indigenous to the Darma Valley, Dharchula Tehsil, Pirthoragarh District of the Indian state of Uttarakhand and can also be known as Rongpo, Damba, Shauka, Rongba, Sauka, Darmaba.
They are an Diaspora people, with Darmiya as their ethnic/kinship group and are in the Tibetan people cluster of the Tibetan / Himalayan Peoples.
Their primary religion is Hinduism.
They primarily speak Darmiya.
