The Kamalia of India

The Kamalia of India, numbering approximately 13,500 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a small Hindu caste-based community of Gujarat. They were traditionally engaged as worshippers and servants of the mother goddess Bahuchara at Bechraji temple in the Mehsana district of Gujarat. They are an Indigenous people in the Gujarati people cluster of the South Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary language is Gujarati and their primary religion is Hinduism.
