The Tlacolula Valley Zapotec of the United States, numbering approximately 10,500 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are an ethnolinguisic subgroup of the Zapotec, an ethnic group indigenous to the state of Oaxaca, Mexico and can also be known as Western Tlacolula Zapotec, Didxsaj, Guelavía, East Central Tlacolula Zapotec, Zapoteco de San Juan, Zapoteco de San Dionisio Ocotepec, Zapoteco de San Pablo Güilá, East Valley Zapotec. They are an Diaspora people, in the Zapotec people cluster of the Latin-Caribbean Americans affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Christianity - Roman Catholicism. They primarily speak Spanish.
