Meskhetian Turk, Turkish Meskhetian, Ahiska Turk, Turkish Ahiskan They are an Diaspora people, in the Turkic people cluster of the Turkic Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Islam - Sunni. They primarily speak Turkish.
