The Banchada of India, numbering approximately 36,000 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are described as a scheduled caste community of traditional singers and dancers tracing descent from the Gujjar, concentrated in Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. They speak Harauti or Malvi-influenced Hindi and today work mainly in agricultural labor and various They are an Indigenous people, with Banchada as their ethnic/kinship group and are in the Gujjar people cluster of the South Asian Peoples. Their primary religion is Folk Hinduism. They primarily speak Hindi.
