The Chikwa of India

The Chikwa of India, numbering approximately 90,500 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a Muslim butchering caste of Bihar, also known as Chikwa, traditionally dealing in the slaughter of goats and sheep as distinct from the cattle-dealing Qassab, and now also engaged in agriculture and wage labor. They are an Indigenous people in the South Asian Tribal people cluster of the South Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary language is Urdu and their primary religion is Sunni Islam.
