The Giddidki of India, numbering approximately 104,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are described as a Karnataka community also known as Pingle, meaning fortune-teller, who have shifted from their traditional occupation of fortune-telling and alms-collecting to selling aluminum utensils and plastic goods They are an Indigenous people, with Giddidki as their ethnic/kinship group and are in the Marathi-Konkani people cluster of the South Asian Peoples. Their primary religion is Hinduism. They primarily speak Marathi.
