The Burmese of Malaysia, numbering approximately 32,500 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are an ethnic Bamar community indigenous to Myanmar and can also be known as Bhama, Myen. They are an Diaspora people, in the Burmese people cluster of the Tibetan / Himalayan Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Buddhism - Theravada. They primarily speak Burmese.
