The Poles of Venezuela, numbering approximately 8,000 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a West Slavic people of Central Europe whose culture has been shaped by Slavic heritage, Roman Catholic traditions, agricultural and urban communities, and a long history of statehood, foreign rule, and national resilience. They are an Diaspora people in the Slav, Western people cluster of the Eurasian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary language is Polish and their primary religion is Roman Catholicism.
